I can only assume refuse is non-recyclable items, in which case both statements can be correct.

These people are lucky to have jobs right now. Unlike the real world where a pension is very rare. Everyone I know in the public sector has had there work pensions cut or even finished completely. End of the day if you don't like it then leave.

Whooopieeee,
all those businesses with wide open arms and doors are welcoming into the pre christmas spending period in wonderful sushine.
clacton is full to bursting with children aged between 5 to 65 all enjoying another day to play or spend money.
Do the business owners worry about strikes?
why of course not, get the punters in through the doors,
they just happen to be topping up the business owners private pensions eh?
overheard them asking for day long strikes each week, or just monthly,
dont know why?
do you?
Its a funny olde worlde you know,
