So the Lib Dems and the Conservatives have got what they wanted and the fees are going to be put up for our students.
Colchester MP Bob Russell voted against this, but this does not make him a hero as he still backs and works for the Lib Dems.
If he felt so strongly about this issue and the fact that his party lied and went against what it promised, he would have resigned.
He can say what he likes, but in my eyes he still backs a party that does not keep its word.
