Police are renewing an appeal for two young girls who could help their investigations into a serious assault in Braintree.
Detectives appealed for the girls to come forward after a 22-year-old woman received a broken leg and stitches in her lip outside Flack's nightclub as she was leaving on July 30 at about 2am.
Police later found a 21-year-old man had also received minor injuries.
A man in his late 30s from the Felsted area was arrested.
He has since been released on police bail.
DC Steve Jones, of Braintree CID, is anxious to speak to the two girls, both of whom had Chinese or Japanese appearance.
One of the girls, he believes, could be called Yasmine and they were in the club that night.
Either girl, or anyone else with information about them or events surrounding the assault, should contact DC Jones at Braintree CID on 01376 551312.
