Coastguards from the Bradwell and Southend Sector got to walk their walk at the weekend in a bid to raise cash for the Jubilee Sailing Trust, which provides holidays aboard tall ships for disabled children.
The Golden Jubilee walk started at Land's End on January 7, 2002.
The walkers are circumnavigating the British Isles in a clockwise direction.
The Bradwell team began their trudge at Colne Point last Thursday morning and completed their section at the mouth of the Crouch at 10pm on Friday. The Southend-based Coastguards led by Stuart Day took over on Saturday morning.
