Shoeburyness were winners on penalties in the final of the boys event at Thurrock and Basildon College Football Academy, beating South Ockendon.
After winning their group they also beat semi-final rivals Royal Liberty School from Romford in the semi-final.
The girls from St Bernard's won their final against Hornchurch Albany School with a single goal in normal time.
The tournament was organised by college football academy staff alongside the academy students who had to organise a local event as part of their course.
Students helped referee, plan the day and set up equipment.
Trophies were presented to the girls by West Ham's Chris Cohen, the Hammers' youngest ever first team player at 17, but a prior commitment meant he couldn't stay for the boys' final.
