There will be sore heads as well as sore feet for some at this year's Race for Life.

Bride-to-be Hayley Collins will be running the race the day after she gets married at St Andrew's Church, Greenstead, Colchester. About 16 of her wedding party and work colleagues will be joining her.
Miss Collins, 21, of Pine Tree Court, Colchester, will walk down the aisle with James McGenn on Saturday, July 10. At 11am the next morning she will set off from Colchester's Castle Park on the 5km run to raise cash for Cancer Research.
She said: "When someone at work said they were doing it, I said I would definitely join her, and thought 'oh well,' when I realised it was the day after my wedding!"
