Savills will auction off a trio of properties in and around the city during their next auction on April 15 and 16. 

Causton Road

Bidding will start at £210,000 on April 16 at 1pm during the online auction.

With 2,961 sq ft on offer, the bidding for the building starts at £650,000 on April 16. 

It comes with granted planning permission allowing whoever takes it on to demolish the existing building and develop 23 residential units. 

The agreed blueprints feature a three-storey front building with additional roof space and a two-storey rear building. 

Peldon Road, Abberton

As the final property on offer during the auction is Wallraven House, in Peldon Road, Abberton.

The former care home is located on two acres of land and has 11 en-suite bedrooms on two storeys. 

Bidding starts at £500,000 on April 15 on the auctioneer’s website. 

The property features various single and two-storey annexes to the rear and a large garden, which extends to an open field to the northeast of the building. 

The front of the building has a forecourt hard-standing area used for parking.
