Victim assaulted during robbery near RSPCA clinic
A MAN was struck in the face during a robbery.
The victim, 38, was walking in an alleyway near the RSPCA veterinary clinic in Harwich Road, Colchester, when the offender demanded his wallet.
The robber struck him in the face before running off with the black leather wallet.
He is described as white, aged between 20 and 30 and wearing a grey tracksuit top with dark stripes on the arms.
The robbery happened at about 9.25am on Tuesday. Call Colchester CID on 101.
