PRIMARY school pupils raised money for Children in Need by holding a street dance workshop.
North Primary School pupils Ella Sheridan and Mya Sweeney- Fenton organised the event, led by dancer Katie O'Sullivan.
About 40 pupils took part in the dancing, raising more than £85 for the national charity.
Alan Garnett, headteacher of the school in John Harper Street, Colchester, said: “It was all down to the girls, who came to me with the idea before Christmas.”
