A HUGE picture of film legend Marilyn Monroe made of jellybeans has taken over a sweet shop window display.
Darcy’s Traditional Sweets, in Eld Lane, Colchester, has been loaned the piece by a supplier for three months. It has been imported from America and took about six weeks to create.
Owner Jamie Milleare, pictured, said: “It’s stopping a lot of people in the street.
It’s fantastic.”
Jamie is asking customers to guess how many jelly beans are on the display and anyone who guesses will win a jellybean machine.
He added: “January is a hard time for independent traders. I’m just trying to get people into the town centre.”
