A TAXI driver was robbed at knife point in the early hours of the morning.
The cabbie was in Lenz Close, in Colchester, when a man holding a knife opened the taxi door and demanded money.
The victim handed over a sum of cash before the robber ran off.
He is described as white, aged in his late teens to early twenties, about 5ft 10in with a gaunt face and wearing a green or grey hooded top.
Anyone with information on the incident - which took place on Sunday, November 16, at about 1.40am - should contact DC Claire Jennings at Colchester CID on 101.
