£10m plan to change face of factory outlet
A HUGE £10million redevelopment of Clacton Factory Outlet will see almost half the existing shop units demolished and the opening of new restaurants and a six-screen multiplex cinema.
Owner Kames Capital has revealed radical plans to revive the Stephenson Road West shopping centre.
