A dentist has been allowed to carry out orthodontic treatment on adults for the first time since being found guilty of serious misconduct.

Francois Rossouw was found guilty of wide-ranging and serious failures at his practice in Halstead Road, Lexden, by the General Dental Council in 2011.

Disciplinary proceedings relating to three patients found he carried out unnecessary radiography scans, deficient treatment planning and inadequate investigations prior to treatment.
