Thieves take games consoles and games in Colchester burglary
BURGLARS stole two games consoles and 20 games from a house in Colchester.
The thieves got into the property in Maidenburgh Street on Friday between 10.30am and 11am by smashing a pane of glass on a ground floor window and reaching through to open it.
They then carried out a tidy search of the house before stealing a black and silver Sony Playstation 3 with three controllers, an Xbox 360, and around 20 games for both consoles.
Anyone who saw any suspicious behaviour in the area at the times or who has any other information should contact DC Hannah Richardson at Colchester CID on 101 or ring Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
