Over G says...

I hope thats not mum? Calling right away!
I urge all OAP's to think about travelling out on foot during the hot spikes.
The town is very hot and built up concrete areas can heat up to 28 degrees plus.
With no wind chill that can feel like 35 degrees.
Carrying water will weigh you down and heat stroke fatigue will set in, this can tire you out please be careful+
