A man in his 60s was flown to Addenbrooke's Hospital with life-threatening injuries after falling a "substantial height" from a ladder.
East of England Ambulance service were called at 1.46pm on Sunday 29 June to the man in Blackmore End in Braintree who had sustained serious injuries.
A Magpas Helimedix air ambulance flew the man to hospital where he arrived in a stable condition.
