A TEENAGER has been jailed for three years after killing his friend in a high speed crash in Colchester.
Michael Lock, 19, was jailed at Chelmsford Crown Court this morning after admitting causing death by dangerous driving last month.
Lock, of Cowdray Avenue, was driving a Citroen Saxo which careered into a roadsweeper in Bromley Road in November 2012.
Passenger Josh Irvine, 18, of Canterbury Road, died of his injuries.
