Appeal following hit and run in Old Heath Road
POLICE are trying to trace a driver following a hit and run in Colchester.
Officers were called to a collision between a silver Yamaha motorcycle and a white car just before 10am on Saturday in Old Heath Road.
The woman driver of the white car, believed to be a Kia or similar, failed to stop.
It is believed this vehicle turned in to Cavendish Road and possibly went to a grocery store.
The motorcyclist was thought to have a broken arm.
The woman is asked to contact Pc Allan Discombe at the Stanway road policing unit on 101.
