A WOMAN has been taken to hospital with neck injuries following a car crash.
Emergency services were called to Harwich Road in Ardleigh at about 5.30pm this evening (Wednesday).
The woman, who is believed to be in her 20s, had to be cut from her car by firefighters.
She was freed just before 6pm and taken to Colchester General Hospital.
Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
