A BUSINESS claims it has been forced to close because Greater Anglia has told it to sign a six-year lease or leave.
The Kiosk, at Wivenhoe train station, opened in September last year and signed a six-month tenancy.
When Stuart Wallis and Sarah Morgan tried to negotiate a new contract, Greater Anglia said it would only hold talks about a long-term lease.
The couple, who are also business partners, could not afford to take such a risk and will open for the last time today.
