THE proud family of a teenager who died from cancer after raising hundreds of thousands of pounds is set to launch a foundation in his memory.
Tom Bowdidge raised £170,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust before he died in October.
The launch of the Tom Bowdidge Foundation by parents Nikki and Richard and sister Emma coincides with Tom’s 20th birthday today.
Mum Nikki Bowdidge, of West Bergholt, said: "Before he died, he said ‘I can’t die, I have still got a lot to do’ and he always said he wanted to set up a charity where he was the middle man.
“Now we are helping his dream to happen.”
