Paramedics and the air ambulance were called to treat a youngster who had suffered burns.
The crews were called to Marks Tey on Monday just before 2pm to a report that a young boy had been burnt by a hot liquid.
The Herts Air Ambulance was called in to provide assistance but did not airlift the youngster.
An East of England Ambulance spokesman said: βIt was an incident at a residential address.
βA small boy suffered very minor burns from some hot liquid.β
Essex Police were not called to the incident.
