A POTENTIAL buyer has been found to complete a luxury building development in Brightlingsea.
Work on the Waterside Marina complex started in 2008, but stopped five years ago when the property market slowed down.
It left residents with views of a building site instead of plush apartments.
However Fenn Wright has revealed a possible buyer has been found to get the 187-home and 16-shop complex finished.
