YOUNGSTERS got creative with a religious theme at a church half-term activity event.

Prayer bookmarkers, decorated shortbread angels and prayer trees were all made at the workshop.

The event took place at St Leonard’s Church, Lexden Road, Colchester, with church elders and the Rev Teresa Wynne helping to run the activities.
