HOUNDS will abound at a fundraising field trip.
Dogs will be leading the way at the Headway Essex dogathon in Brightlingsea.
This year, the event being staged on Sunday March 16. The dogathon includes a three mile sponsored walk along the Colne estuary and river, following the old railway line which used to link Brightlingsea to Wivenhoe.
Participants need to register in advance by ringing Headway on 01206 547616. Alternatively you can download the form from www.headwayessex.org.uk or email Headway on fundraising@headwayessex.org.uk giving your name address and dog’s name and a sponsorship pack will be sent out.
