shame they opened the slip roads onto the road before the road was actually open, so people were stuck on the road unnecessary for hours

Which roughly translates as "I am really sorry to hear of the injuries to those involved and wish them a speedy recovery. I acknowledge that the inconvenience caused to myself pales into insignificance."

I was part of the traffic held up on the A12, after sitting in my car for a large number of hours I can tell you exactly how many bobbles my dashboard has! But I was ONLY about 4 hours late home, I wasn't in pain or worries about late family, or lying on wet ground, or trapped in a car or having to watch my car be destroyed just to get me out, I was just late. It was obvious something had happened and my sympathies go out to those who were involved or those who witnessed the event. heres to a speedy recovery and I hope that, maybe, for just one day, people travel a bit more carefully on colchesters roads.

I know the lady who was airlifted to Addenbrookes and is currently fighting for her life. She's a lovely, kind, caring woman and if she recovers from her appalling injuries I'm sure she'll want to apologise to you that her misfortune made you late home for your tea.

Can't believe people can be so rude! Accidents happen and yes they cause delays but maybe people should think about the people involved rather than themselves all the time. You'd expect they sympathy if it was you!.... I hope the lady and any other people involved make a speedy recovery and things get back to normal for them as soon as possible :)

I wasn't in any traffic i watched as people tried to joined an already closed a12 at the football stadium, at 7.30 pm, often when there is one accident several more happen in the waiting traffic, so it makes sense to go and close the slip road to reduce that risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
