THE owner of a rottweiler that injured a woman has admitted being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog.
Stuart McDuff, 32, of Stanwell Street, Colchester, was in charge of three-year-old Max in Whitewell Road, Colchester, when it bit Abbey McKenna on August 3 last year.
McDuff, who also admitted being in breach of two suspended prison sentences when he appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court, was bailed until sentencing later this month.
