Man grabbed around neck by robbers in Clacton

A MAN was robbed of more than a hundred pounds after being grabbed around the neck in Clacton.
The 47-year-old man has just withdrawn cash from the post office at Magdalen Green when he was targeted.
He was attacked by three men between 8.30am and 9am on July 19.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “The victim had just withdrawn a three figure sum of cash from the post office and was walking along Coppins Road when he was attacked by three men.
“One of them grabbed him around the neck before they searched his pockets and took the cash.
“This is not thought to be part of the recent series of robberies we have been experiencing in the Clacton area.”
One of the men was white was wearing white and blue Chelsea sweatband and had shoulder-length ginger hair. One of the other men was wearing jeans and flip flops.
