Police hunt car chase driver
A BUSY road was closed for an hour as cops searched for evidence following a car chase.
Police scoured Clingoe Hill after the car was later found abandoned in Jaywick.
The hunt was launched when the car, an 07-plate silver Audi Quattro TT coupe, sped away after seeming to spot a marked police car in St Andrew’s Avenue at approximately 10.30am yesterday.
