CONTACT information has been provided for anyone wanting to take part in an NHS review of care at Colchester General Hospital and Essex County Hospital.
At some point before the summer, NHS medical director Sir Bruce Keogh will send a team of inspectors to observe how the hospitals operate and speak to staff and patients.
Last month, it was announced suspected high mortality rates at 14 hospital trusts would be investigated.
As part of the review, people can make submissions about the quality of care they and loved ones have received.
