Investigation into alleged child pistol whipping stretches to a sixth month

A MAN suspected of striking children with a gun has been re-bailed until April.
A 27-year-old, of no fixed abode, was arrested following the incident on October 31, Halloween, last year in Highwoods.
Armed police were called to the estate teenagers said they had been threatened by an armed man, who then assaulted them.
Police continue to investigate the alleged assault.
