Spare rooms wanted to get young people on their feet

PEOPLE with a spare room are wanted to support young people leaving care.
Essex County Council wants to recruit 40 supported lodgings providers.
The residents provide people aged 16 or over with temporary accommodation, and help them learn to be self-sufficient.
Providers are offered a weekly allowance as well as on-going support and advice.
