Police search for assault suspect
A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man from Colchester.
Jamie Thomson, 22, from Colchester, was due to return to Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court to answer assault charges but failed to appear.
It is claimed he assaulted two people outside the Liquid & Envy nightclub in Colchester High Street on December 21.
Thomson also now faces a charge of failing to answer court bail.
Thomson has connections with Ilex Close, Hickory Avenue and Lordswood Road in Colchester.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts call Colchester police on 101.
