Burglars leave loot behind after home raid

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Colchester.
Between 5.20pm and 6.20pm on Saturday, in Hickory Avenue, thieves got in through an unlocked door.
They took electrical items but then left them on a ledge in the garden.
