A COUNCILLOR is lobbying for improved disabled access to fishing lakes.

What we need is a campaign to protect our wildlife, including our fish, from these people who take legalised pleasure in hurting fish. Why is there this hypocritical double standard when it comes to fishing?

Good point. For some strange reason there is protection for vermin such as foxes and squirrels, and for excessive numbers of pets like cats and dogs, but no protection for fish, which never do us any harm.
