LUCKY Gazette reader Malcolm Smith is heading to India after winning a ten-day trip for two.
Mr Smith, of Stanley Road, Wivenhoe, bagged himself the holiday to the state of Kerala after collecting tokens in the paper.
He will stay on the Coconut Lagoon, known as the Venice of India and visit a nature reserve to see elephants.
Mr Smith, 65, said: “It is my first time going to India. I travelled a lot when I was working but mainly to the Far and Middle East and I never got the chance to go to India.
Kerala is a state in southwestern India sandwiched between Western Ghats mountains and the Arabian Sea.
