Despicable theft: Essex County Hospital
DESPICABLE thieves have stolen donated items from a cancer ward.
A flatscreen television and DVD player were stolen from the dayroom of Jefferson Ward at Essex County Hospital on Lexden Road.
The thieves took the items, donated by grateful patients, at about 9am on Wednesday.
Anyone with information call Colchester police on 101.
