Rain floods road near zoo

POLICE put out warning signs in Maldon Road after heavy downpours caused flooding.
Traffic was having to take turns to drive the large area of surface water which has collected in the dip outside Colchester Zoo in Maldon Road.
Warning signs were being put out at 7.30am.
