Colchester man in court accused of double festival rape

A MAN from Colchester has been remanded in custody after appearing at court charged with two counts of rape.
Paul Gigg, 30, from Chinook, Highwoods, was arrested in Great Yarmouth, after alleged incidents at the Kiss Weekend festival.
The Colchester chef and a Colchester Free Festival volunteer appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday.
He will next face a plea hearing in December.
