BUILDING work has been ceremoniously completed at a new nursing home.
The chairman of Outlook Care David Thomas finished external construction at the Foxburrow Grange home at the topping out ceremony.
The 66-bed dementia care home in Ypres Road, Colchester, will include a spa, internet cafe and cinema for residents and secure landscaped gardens, and is due to open in April 2013.
