MILLIGAN FRANK (SCOUSE) Sadly passed away at Colchester Hospital on 12th June 2012. A dearly loved Husband of Pearl and much loved Father, Brother, Father in Law, Grandfather and Friend who will always be missed. Funeral Service will be held at Colchester Crematorium Wednesday 27th June at 12.30. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired made payable to Cancer Research UK or St Helena Hospice may be sent c/o John J Smith Funeral Directors, St Marys Chapel, Mersea Road, Colchester, CO2 8RT.
